    CalPERS documents show more fees paid to Alfred Villalobos

    Private-equity firms paid the former CalPERS board member nearly $18 million more than the $53 million previously disclosed for helping them get CalPERS investment business.

    Fees paid by private-equity investment firms to a former California Public Employees' Retirement System board member have ballooned to more than $70 million in new disclosures released by the pension fund, known as CalPERS.
