    NB Power, Hydro-Quebec ink $10-billion deal

    The premiers of Quebec and New Brunswick announced Thursday a multi-million dollar deal that will see Hydro-Quebec take over some assets of NB Power in a move to get greater access to energy-hungry markets in the United States.
