    Where In The World Is Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne's Smear Site?

    Gary Weiss, Author and Business Week JournalistBy Gary Weiss: Overstock.com (OSTK) has been in the share-price doldrums lately. One reason has been the continuing legal travails surrounding its CEO, Patrick Byrne, who is embroiled in a potentially devastating libel suit in Canada. There have been two recent developments in the suit, neither of which bodes well for Byrne or Overstock. As I've pointed out in previous articles, most recently this one, Byrne is in hot water over wild allegations on his "Deep Capture" website concerning a Vancouver stock promoter named Altaf Nazerali.
