Aug. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Huw McKay, a senior economist at Westpac Banking Corp., talks about the outlook for Reserve Bank of Australia monetary policy and the nation's economy. Australia's central bank decided to extend a pause on interest rates because of concern that turmoil on financial markets could slow global growth, minutes of its Aug. 2 meeting showed.
