March 29 (Bloomberg) --- Paul Tse, a member of Hong Kong Legislative Council, talks about residency status for foreign maids in Hong Kong. The government facing calls to limit strains on the city's health and social services, yesterday won an appeal against a ruling that would have cleared the way for foreign maids to seek permanent residency.
