    With the Fed’s monetary policy announcement and the G20 meeting in the rearview mirror, in the final week of Q3 2011 traders will focus on the German Bundestag’s vote on the changes to the European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF) bailout fund for debt-ridden EU nations, coupled with a sequence of housing, economic growth and consumer sentiment data from the world’s largest economy. In preparation for the new trading week, here is the outlook for the Top 10 spotlight economic events that will move the markets around the globe. 1. EUR- Germany IFO Institute Business Climate and Expectations Index, a leading indicator of economic conditions and business expectations in the Euro-zone’s largest economy, Mon., Sept. 26, 4:00 am, ET.
