    By Global Value Investor:I was recently following up on a couple of technology icons such as International Business Machines (IBM), DELL (DELL), Micron (MU), Microsoft (MSFT), Intel (INTC) and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) to find out if their corresponding common stocks trade at or around intrinsic values. I consider technology stocks with a competitive advantage that trade below intrinsic value generally to be good investments going forward as technology drives growth and productivity; two admirable business goals of any corporation. I highly appreciate technology heavyweights with a past track record of innovation and competitiveness, which is why I rated both MSFT (article) and INTC (article) strong buys. Nothing has changed in my views about MSFT and INTC, except that I am even more bullish on MSFT based on its extremely strong balance sheet and high cash levels per share.
