RightNow: A Small, Growing "Cloud" CRM Play

Scott Raynovich submits:RightNow Technologies (RNOW) is a solid growing CRM and Web-based customer-service software company that is becoming a more serious competitor with CRM giants such as SAP's Siebel and Salesforce. It's worth watching given its small-cap size ($495M market cap) and potential for a breakout year. RNOW, based in Bozeman, Montana, just announced a solid quarter in which they continue to make customer and revenue gains. It has grown steadily since being founded by its CEO, Greg Gianforte, in 1995. The company went public during a technology IPO drought in 2004, and became profitable just last year.
