      On Friday morning ministers from the European Union almost closed negotiations over the new budget of €960 billion, reported Financial Times. The meeting continued all night, as the President of the European Council, Herman Van Rompuy, cut €12 billion from the initial seven-year budget plan from 2014 to 2020.
