Paul Kedrosky on Bats, High-Frequency Trading

March 23 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Julie Hyman and Paul Kedrosky, author of the Infectious Greed Blog and a Bloomberg contributing editor, talk about today's cancellation by Bats Global Markets Inc. of its own initial public offering after errors on its own computer systems kept the stock from trading and forced a halt in Apple Inc. Kedrosky also discusses the impact of high-frequency trading firms on computer-driven exchanges. They speak with Emily Chang on Bloomberg Television's "Bloomberg West." (Source: Bloomberg)
