    Mitsubishi Heavy Files Suits Against GE

    Mitsubishi Heavy Industries filed antitrust and patent-infringement lawsuits against General Electric, accusing the U.S. company of trying to monopolize the U.S. market for variable-speed wind turbines and violating a key patent of the Japanese company.
