    March's Best And Worst ETFs: Financials Strong, Commodities Weak

    By Moby Waller:With the end of March upon us this week, let's take a look at the top sector gainers and losers. We've used ETFs with over 500,000 daily volume and optionable in our screen, excluding Ultra/Short type ETFs to get the purer sector viewpoint.Here are the 10 Best & Worst March Performers in the table below (click to enlarge):The leadership group is pretty clear - 4 of March's biggest winners are in the Financial Sector (and 7 of 10 if you include Home Construction (ITB), Homebuilders (XHB) and REITs (VNQ)). Note that all 10 of March's winners are also up strongly for 2012, with 9 of 10 up over 15% YTD - 7 of the 10 are also up nicely over 52 weeks.
