    Jan. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Ryan Jacob, chairman and fund manager at Jacob Asset Management, discusses Facebook Inc.'s estimated $50 billion valuation after Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Digital Sky Technologies were said to have bought a $500 million stake in the social-media company.
