US billionaire Warren Buffett on Tuesday hinted Berkshire Hathaway's newly appointed investment manager Todd Combs could one day head investments for his massive company.Berkshire announced the appointment on Monday, with Buffett, known as the "Oracle of Omaha" for his investment acumen, saying he had "been looking for someone of Todd?s caliber to handle a significant portion of Berkshire?s investment portfolio."Combs, 39, relatively little known in the US business world, has spent the last five years running Castle Point Capital Management.
