HP: No Plan For ARM-Based Win 8 Tabs; Sticking With Intel

This occurs at the same time that the PC market is in decline, partly due to the popularity of tablets. The good news for Microsoft is that Windows 8 was built from the ground up for tablets as well as traditional desktops and laptops.
