Tate Dwinnell submits: A-Power Energy (APWR) missed analyst estimates on both the EPS and revenue side Thursday morning, but surged about 10% in pre-market trading after raising guidance for this year. The company reported a non GAAP Q1 EPS of $0.05, versus the analyst estimate of $0.22.

Tate Dwinnell submits: ReneSola (SOL) posted a record quarter and beat analyst estimates in the process, posting a Q2 EPS of $0.42, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter was 253.9 million, vs the estimate of $246.17 million.

Tate Dwinnell submits: A-Power Energy (APWR) reported Q2 results Thursday morning and missed analyst estimates for both EPS and revenue.

Tate Dwinnell submits: Yingli Green Energy (YGE) was out with strong earnings results this morning, beating Wall St. estimates in the process. The company reported a non GAAP EPS of .23 on revenues of $358.9 million.

Tate Dwinnell submits: Evergreen Solar (ESLR) is a company that has always needed to find a way to cut costs, and time is running out, as I’ve mentioned so many times before on this blog. The success of this company really hinges on the success of its China outsourcing operation which is proceeding as planned. For now, the company is still nowhere near profitability.
