    Goldman: Buy JPMorgan, sell Morgan Stanley

    JPMorgan Chase was upgraded to a so-called "conviction list buy," which, in Goldman Sachs' parlance, means run out and buy it. Conversely, Morgan Stanley was downgraded to a "hold" from a "buy."
