In first Russia, Polish PMs to honour Katyn WWII victims
In an unprecedented move, the Russian and Polish prime ministers on Wednesday will jointly honour the memory of 22,000 Polish officers murdered by the Soviets at Katyn and elsewhere during World War II.Russia's Vladimir Putin and Poland's Donald Tusk are also to pay their respects to Soviet victims of Stalinist-era terror campaigns buried next to Polish officers in the Katyn Forest, near Smolensk, western Russia.
