      Bombardier Inc. announced Tuesday the appointment of Lutz Bertling as the new president and chief operating officer of its embattled transportation division. Mr. Bertling will take over his new duties effective June 3, having most recently filled the role of president and chief executive officer of Eurocopter Group, a subsidiary of EADS.
