Englund Says He's `Encouraged' by March Jobs Report

April 1 (Bloomberg) -- Mike Englund, chief economist at Action Economics LLC, discusses the March US jobs report and the outlook for Federal Reserve policy. Payrolls increased by 216000 workers last month after a revised 194000 gain the prior month, the Labor Department said today in Washington.
