Feb. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Steve Felice, president of Dell Inc.'s small- and medium-sized business division, talks with Bloomberg's Bernard Lo about the company's financial results and business strategy. ¶¶ Dell, the worlds third-largest personal-computer maker, said earnings fell and gross profit margin missed estimates because of higher component costs and increased sales of less-profitable pcs over the holidays.
