    Chelsea thrashed Wigan 8-0 to claim the English Premier League title on Sunday.A Didier Drogba hat-trick helped the west London club to a victory that ensured they pipped defending champions Manchester United to the trophy by a point with a record haul of 103 goals.United beat Stoke 4-0 in their final match but were forced to settle for second place.Arsenal secured third place -- and direct entry to the group stages of next season's Champions League -- by beating Fulham 4-0 at the Emirates.
