    Business group files high court health care appeal

    [AP] - A small-business group opposed to the health care overhaul is asking the Supreme Court to strike down the entire law, not just the core requirement to buy health insurance or pay a penalty.

      By Zvi Bar:A large part of the United States is now waiting for the United States Supreme Court to release its opinion regarding President Obama's healthcare laws. I believe the mandate at the core of the proposed laws, requiring Americans to purchase health insurance or suffer a penalty shall be struck down. Additionally, I believe that it is possible that the Supreme Court vote against the mandate will be unanimous.

      Zacks.com submits: On Friday, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Louisiana approved the prior trial court’s decision against First Health Group Corp. Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Coventry Health Care Inc. (CVH), to settle a class action lawsuit for $262 million.
