Buffett charity lunch auctioned for $3.46 million

(Reuters) - A typical lunch at a high-end Manhattan steakhouse for nine people might run $1,000 or so, but when Warren Buffett is the guest of honor the price can rise to $3.46 million.

The high bid for a steak lunch with Warren Buffett has reached $900,100, with a little over a day to go in the annual charity auction.
