      BlackBerry has been bumped. Microsoft’s Windows Phone operating system overtook BlackBerry in global shipments in the first quarter of 2013 to claim third place ranking with a 3.2% share of the market, according to industry tracking firm International Data Corporation (IDC). BlackBerry dropped to fourth place with 2.9% market share, down from 6.4% during the first quarter of 2012. The Waterloo, Ont.-based firm’s quarterly smartphone shipments fell to 6.3 million from 9.7 million a year ago.
