About time radio stations were all shook up

Cumulus Media is giving radio stations new alternatives to Clear Channel, like a show from Mike Huckabee, making for a turbulent time in the radio business.

Rush Limbaugh is engaged in a very public war with Cumulus Media, the radio network that runs his show on 40 stations, including WABC in New York.

In order for companies to succeed and stand out, they need to have a group of intelligent and diverse talent.  Yet, this is hard to find because people are discouraged to think outside the box throughout their lives.
