8 Reasons Cisco May Have Put in a Bottom

Although I believe a good portion of it is driven by quarter-end window dressing, it is nice to see some gains after seven weeks of selloff. We will probably give back a good portion of this week’s gains next week, but one stock that I believe might have bottomed is Cisco (CSCO).
